On Saturday, September 26th, 2026 from 6 PM EST until Saturday, September 26th, 2026 from 8 PM EST, CEAC is scheduled for maintenance. During this time, payment processing will not be available, so please do not submit payments. Maintenance is expected to be completed by Saturday, September 26th, 2026 at 8 PM EST, but may be extended beyond this time. Thank you for your understanding and support. Also, CEAC is currently experiencing issues with payment processing. Please be patient if you are unable to submit a payment, or if your payment shows 'In Process' longer than expected after submission. We are working toward a resolution of the issue. Additionally, you may experience a ‘block’ error when uploading documents to your case. If you experience this error, please check that your image file is a PDF or JPG and is under 4MB in size and try again.
