If you started an application, did not save it locally, you closed your internet browser window, and would like to recover your application, do the following:
Important: You must have the answers to your security questions ready before you can recover your application.

Navigate to the Getting Started page. The page below is displayed.

Click the Retrieve Application button.

You will be taken to the Retrieve a DS-160 Application page. Enter your Application ID.
Note: If you forgot your application ID, click the Forgot your Application ID? link. |

Click the Retrieve Application button. The page will display the Security Questions. |
| 5 |
Enter the answers to your security questions.

| 6 | Click the Retrieve Application button. You will be taken to the application and your saved information will be displayed. |
